Coaches Registration

Thank you for being willing to coach the Owatonna players this year. If you click on the underlined words below, they are links to the websites you will need.)

A reminder of the requirements BEFORE going on the ice...

1. Background check (can take up to 3 weeks so start this first - only needs to be done every other year).
2. SafeSport training (can take around 1.5 hours your first time and then 30-45 minutes for the refreshers).
3. Age Specific modules (only need to be done one time at each level) - you must log-in to your USA Hockey coach account to access this piece.
4. Concussion training (needs to be done every other year, but the form needs to be completed every year - typically done in coaching modules).
5. W-9 verification - if you are not a new OYHA Coach and you did not move in the last year, you should be good to go.

**This item needs to be completed BEFORE December 31 or you will lose coaching privileges.
