Coaches Registration

Thank you for being willing to coach the Owatonna players this year.

A reminder of the requirements BEFORE going on the ice...

1. Background check (can take up to 3 weeks so start this first - only needs to be done every other year).
2. SafeSport training (can take around 1.5 hours your first time and then 30-45 minutes for the refreshers).
3. Age Specific modules (only need to be done one time at each level)
4. Concussion training (needs to be done every other year, but the form needs to be completed every year - typically done in coaching modules).
5. W-9 verification

**This item needs to be completed BEFORE December 31 or you will lose coaching privileges.
