TOURNAMENT HELP NEEDED

This year, we do not have a Bantam C team which means that all OYHA teams will need to support the work shifts to cover this tournament

OYHA parents – As you are aware, our home tournaments are one of our largest fundraisers which allow us to keep our registration costs low and helped us avoid increases this past year.

This year, we do not have a Bantam C team which means that all OYHA teams will need to support the work shifts to cover this tournament. The PeeWee C team will cover the same amount of shifts as all OYHA teams are required to work for their home tournaments.

In order to reduce the number of shifts required to staff the Bantam C responsibilities, we are doing a couple of things different from last year. 

1. The merchandise table will be staffed by the tournament directors for this weekend only. 

2. The concession shifts covering the Bantam C responsibilities will be posted through the DIBS and you will be allowed to work those shifts and have those hours count for your fundraising responsibility. This is ONLY for this weekend and ONLY for the hours posted through the DIBS. (PWC hours do not count which is the same as all other teams). 

These changes leave 10 games open that need to be covered.   All teams schedules were checked and your fundraising representative will contact you for support to fill the games assigned to your team. If your team is not assigned due to your weekend game schedule, your team will be required to cover more shifts at the two year end tournaments that OYHA is hosting.

We appreciate your help and support. Please provide your assistance to your fundraising representative when you are asked to work another shift to support this large fundraising event.
