OYHA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 18, 2007

Four Seasons

Members Present: Gwen Lysne, Nikki Gieseke, Doug Voss, Terry Thompson, Shawn Pfieffer, Lisa Cochran, Sara Wencl, Jay Staska, Steve Cochran, Kirk Kiel, Dan Appel, Steve Martin and Julee Elstad.

Steve Cochran make a motion to accept the March OYHA Board meeting Minutes Lisa Cochran seconded.  Approved.

GAMBLING REPORT

Shawn Pfieffer motioned to approve the March Gambling Report as presented by Sherry Anderson.  Steve Cochran Seconded.  Approved.

Julee Elstad made a motion to pre-approve May and Sara Wencl seconded.  Approved.   

Lisa Cochran made a motion to appove Sherry Anderson as Assistant Gambling Manager with Ann Paulson remaining Gambling Manager and to pay as one position.  Jay Staska seconded.  Approved.

Treasurer’s Report-

Shawn Pfieffer made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report as presented by Amy Shornock.  Lisa Cochran seconded.  Approved.

COMMITTEE UPDATES

No Committee Updates Presented

NEW BUSINESS

Coaching Coordinator Compensation  

Terry Thompson made a motion to pay for a gift of approximately $300 to Doug Voss and a gift of $100 to Lisa Cochran for performing duties of Coaching Coordinator.  Julee Elstad Seconded.  One opposed.  Motion Passed.

Shawn Pfieffer made the motion to adjourn.  Steve Martin seconded.  Approved.
